1 Recipe: Brown Rice for reducing fat

Since my 71 year old grandfather was diagnosed with lung cancer, our family and friends were surprised. Very devastating, and we are doing our best to help out of this struggle, both mental and nutritional. The thing is, not allowed to eat meat, carbohydrates, sugars, salts, etc. ..
