Very worried, please help? Esophageal cancer?

Ok i’v had acid reflux for some time not to bad but i know i have it.
Tonight it got so bad i threw up 3 times so i did some research and i heard it can lead to esophageal cancer, Now i’v been having strange pains in the botton left and right hand sides of my stomach not both at once but one at a time usualy in the morning and sometimes at night.
I think this could just be my glands due to me being 17 and in the late stages of puberty But im not too sure.
The other reason i’m very worried is that i had a dream i had cancer and it felt so real, im booking a doc’s app asap but i’d just like some awnsers for peace of mind before i go to sleep, thanks.
Not in my stomach (for the wierd pains) i’d say just at the top of my hips or right by my hips.
And would my glands be swollen if i had it?

Is esophageal cancer a fast-growing cancer?

I am a 36-year-old female with Barrett’s esophagus and have endoscopies & biopsies one to twice annually. My last scope was on 12/30/08 (previous to that, it was on 12/2/07) and this time it showed significantly more bleeding as well as a “suspicious” spot. (I follow the GERD diet and eat tiny meals throughout the day rather than three big meals as well as take Nexium faithfully, so my GI doc is puzzled). I will find out next Tuesday if I have cancer or not. If I had cancer at this point (considering my December 2007 scope was fine, but my December 2008 scope is not), what are my chances of long-term survival? Would I still be at Stage 1?

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing until it’s diagnosed and staged. My philosophy is don’t worry until you have something to worry about, but I know it’s hard. It appears that you really stay on top of this so it may just be a flukey thing. I wish you the best and I’ll say a prayer for you.

The word "cancer" is probably the most terrifying word in the English language. The word itself brings a feeling of helplessness or powerless to do anything about it. That does not mean he can not go down the road, but as long as there is no early detection as with any type of cancer, chances are good. add that I have never heard of a fetus being tested or detected testicular cancer. What is testicular cancer?

The body is made many types of cells. Normally, cells grow, divide and then die. Sometimes, cells mutate (change) and begin to grow and divide more quickly than normal cells. Instead of dying, these abnormal cells clump together to form tumors. If these tumors are cancerous (also called malignant tumors) may invade and kill your body's healthy tissues. From these tumors, cancer cells can metastasize (spread) and form new tumors in other parts of the body. By contrast, noncancerous tumors (also called benign tumors) do not spread to other parts of the body.

What are the testicles?

The testicles (also called testes or gonads) are male sex glands. They are located behind the penis in a pouch of skin called the scrotum. The testicles produce and store sperm and are also the main source of the body of male hormones. These hormones control the development of the reproductive organs and other male characteristics like facial and body hair, voice low and wide shoulders.

How common is testicular cancer?

A. In 2000 (latest year for which figures are available) there were 2000 new cases of testicular cancer diagnosed in the UK. In the U.S., is estimated to be 9,000 new cases diagnosed in 2004. What causes testicular cancer?
